We recommend:

• Using a Trivex/Polycarbonate lens, however a 1.6, 1.67 or 1.74 index lens can be used.
• Tracing the supplied demo lens.
• A standard inline supra glaze with a minimum lens thickness of 2.2mm.
• A 0.8mm groove depth and a 0.55mm groove width.
• A 0.8mm thickness either side of the groove.
• Inserting the lens using the supra ribbon/cord supplied with the frame

We do not recommend using CR39 or a 1.56 index lens.
